Hardgainers Workout

Before we start the hardgainers workout, we need to identify the hardgainers first.

Body types can be separated into three categories.
Skinny (Ectomorphic) – Long and thin limbs and muscled.
Mesomorphic – Medium bones, most people with typical builds.
Heavy (Endomorphic) – Large bones and a wide waist.
Hardgainers – Ectomorphs
Ectomorphs are known as hardgainers. Everyone has a set amount of muscle cells. The number of cells don’t increase when you do extreme workout routines or build muscle, only the size of these cells get bigger. Hardgainers are the name given to ectomorphs due to the fact that they have a fast metabolism and not as much muscle mass. Building muscle can become quite hard for them.
